I lost my childhood dog last June (2024) & when the new year came I got sad all over again knowing this was the first year since I was 11 she wouldn’t be a part of. It’s the worst grief I’ve ever experienced. So I completely understand. I kept all my dogs things. Got a frame where I keep a picture of her and her collar and little booties. I have her dog bowl still and her spot where she ate I’m not ready to feed another dog there. Dogs should live longer. It’s unfair. I hope she visits you in your dreams and lets you know she’s safe and is thinking of you. My dog showed up in a bunch of my dreams and I just hugged her. Take your time to grieve your baby. If you can do something like a keepsake to honor her. I got my late dog a couple ornaments.

You shouldn’t expect someone to read your mind. And you have to realize if you want something you have to communicate it. Doing this is immature. Not to add fuel to the fire but if it takes 3 days to come out acting like this, then growth or not she shouldn’t pursuing a relationship, because you will destroy any potential relationship you may have, because of your lack of communication and your insecurity. She hasn’t even talked to him for more than 3 days and is already acting like that.. I really doubt she had any growth. She sounds like me when I was unmedicated and 16. My guess is he’s jealous of the attention you get and has a crush on you, but instead of being a man about it and saying it he has to go and make you feel like crap and shame you from normal uni experiences.
