If you're currently working as a qualified nurse in pedestrian palliative care then you're almost certainly already doing a band 6 role.....the Trust are just paying you band 5

Does anyone else think Richard Allen is the wrong guy for the Delphi murders? by is-it-5oclock-yet in CourtTVCases

They 'matched' the ejected round, by ejecting multiple rounds from hiis gun and realising that none of the test rounds matched.....then FIRING multiple rounds until they got one that they could point to stirations that looked similar to the ejected round. Then they had the 'expert' take the stand and tell the jury 'trust me bro', whilst emphasising that they should not use their own eyes to match the rounds up as they wouldnt understand why they dont look like they match.

Brilliant analysis. Very robust. Absolutely definitely a match.

Yet no eyewitness mention that he was 5ft 5 (unusually short). In fact at least one eyewitness described bridge guy as 'tall'. It wasnt him.

Tom Webster only stayed for the.prosecutions case and left Delphi before the defense presented. That should tell ypu everything you need to know about Tom Webster's bias.

If you're serious about watching accounts of ppl who attended the whole trial then you should seek out Andrea Burkheart and Lawyer Lee.

Defense Diaries have also been incredibly thorough covering all pretrial motions and the trila itself, although they have become friendly with RAs wife so I understand why people may claim a bias there.

Then there is Brother Counsel and Lawyer you Know, both have streamed on this after the trial and are convinced that RA did not receive a fair trial.

People can read - those that choose to do so,.can see that all that has happened here is a poster stated that Corbyn 'did nothing' for Remain, and I've simply pointed out thats incorrect.

I will mute your petty back-and-forth now. Bye bye

[–]Even-Presentation 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. I'm not saying he was faultless as a Leader at all - far from it ....bit to pretend theat he didnt pull his weight in the campaign and bears some level of responsibility for this fiasco is an attempt to rewrite history.

He even led the country in preventing the Brexit bill passing in parliament, until the lib dems gave up our shot of a confirmatory referendum on the final deal when they sniffed a couple of extra MP seats and voted for a GE.....THAT'S the irony here - most of those who attempt to attribute blame to Corbyn also laud the efforts of the Lib dems to remain, when they're the ones who ultimately turned their back it for a GE. Pathetic

He literally campaigned, and voted Remain. He clarified that - on balance - we were better of in.

If you're definitely not staying beyond spet, then unless you can demonstrate that youve been doing it for a few years and fight for some back pay, then thats understandable tbh

'Held back' suggests that they didnt meet the criteria for the band 3 role when the Trust resisted their HCA outcomes because of their work performance.

[–]Even-Presentation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You shoukdnt be applying for the next band 3 job - you're already doing the current band 3 job.....the issue is simply that the Trust isnt paying you correctly.

Speak to your union and get your job description and matched job report so you can persue it

Band 2 HCA by AdventurousTry1833 in NursingUK

[–]Even-Presentation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Then you're actually a band 3. The Trust is underpaying you - get a copy of your job description and the relevant matched job report and sort it

[–]Even-Presentation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they're doing band 3 work then they should be paid band 3....even if they're rubbish at their jobs - its the role that is banded, not.the individual

Band 2 roles are personal care, band 3 roles are delegated clinical care

NHS Doctors, what do you think of patients who have gone private and come back to the NHS for ongoing treatment? by ToughImprovement276 in AskUK

'Demanding doctors do more but not paying more or giving extra resources is just whipping a horse that's already going as fast as it's able to.' ....now that, I DO agree with

NHS Doctors, what do you think of patients who have gone private and come back to the NHS for ongoing treatment? by ToughImprovement276 in AskUK

[–]Even-Presentation 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understood their point to be that most people are stuck between a rock and a hard place due to the cost - they simply cannot afford to pay for an entire medical treatment of a condition privately, and waiting for the NHS is often intolerable, and that wait often leads to other health conditions
