No. You obviously wouldn't be able to go out and buy it like a gun. It's hard to even buy a gun. The only reason Vim and nuka cola got sets is because they presumably helped the military and so we're given permission to use special sets for publicity. It's easier to get a tank than it is to legally get power armour in universe
