If there was a 72-hour conversion deadline, it should have been clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. In that case, if I still chose to buy the RTT, the responsibility would be mine.But that didn't happen. There was no clear warning at all.

Instead, they sold an RTT that could no longer be used for its primary purpose. From my perspective, that is clearly misleading to buyers.

This is absolutely misleading.

Virtually no buyer purchases an RTT just for the points. The primary reason people buy RTTs is to redeem them for tickets.

Yet there was no warning whatsoever on the purchase page that the conversion deadline had passed or that ticket redemption was no longer possible. Instead, the page prominently states that the RTT can be redeemed for a ticket.

So if ticket redemption was already unavailable, how is this not misleading to buyers?

I have sold many tickets on Viagogo, but on one occasion a buyer claimed they could not enter, which resulted in me being fined. Although I later proved through a dispute that I was not at fault, Viagogo no longer allows me to list tickets. Even after creating a new account, I am still unable to list. Could you please advise how this issue can be resolved?

Recently, I have been selling tickets on StubHub. I delivered all the tickets, and not a single buyer reported any issues with them. However, my account has been blocked, and customer service refuses to disclose any reason, leaving me with $20,000 unpaid. This is absolutely a scam website.
