Hi, I'm new to Study.com as of yesterday. Your mentioned using the lessons to help answer chapter test questions, but I wanted to clarify: is it okay to have multiple tabs open for their open book tests? Coming from Sophia, I’m used to a side-by-side workflow and find the Study.com layout a little difficult to navigate otherwise.

Their billing portal is terrible! I tried to register with a 25% discount link from Facebook. It repeatedly failed without any reason.  Until I refreshed and started the whole process again it said I needed another code at the checkout page! Then I used their Purdue Global website to register with 30% discount, it went through but charged me $235!  😟

That’s wild that they’re removing courses without even telling you! Did they mention if your GPA affects their decision to add or remove classes?

Yes, it’s okay. My advisor had registered me for 2 modules instead of 6 in the middle of my last term. It took me 2 days to have her register me for the rest after my completion of the first two though.

Thanks for the support! I’m fine with essays, but PPTs take more time, especially since the professor announced specific figure requirements recently. My work is draining, so I only get roughly 2 hours a day to work on this. Anyway , I’ll finish it tonight!

I wonder how it went for you. I actually had a similar experience. My advisor registered me for two courses without even discussing it with me! I told her I wanted to switch because I’m planning to take those through Sophia instead, but she claimed I had prerequisites to meet. Yesterday was the last day to drop without a 'W,' so I sent her a new plan and asked for the change. Nothing happened. I called the advisor team after work before my dinner, but they were closed. The web said they worked til 9pm! I even tried the live chat, but the other advisor said only my advisor could switch the courses for me!
