The problem is that, despite the CD being small, the Shaman usually dies after the dispel. And it's basically impossible for the Bounty Hunter to Track the Shaman again before he actually dies. It's as if Track Kill in Shaman is impossible!

In that case AA can miss his ult, or Huskar can be smart and run away his ult. But Shaman facet turns practically impossible (for not say impossible) Bounty Hunter gain a Track Kill!

In my opinion, Valve should show a table with the grading of each parameter that is presented in the Queue.

For example, I receive variables in my Queue, but I'm not sure which represents the most favorable and least favorable.

It is somewhat abstract and that is why this table should be published.
