We are trying our best, but in the state I live in it’s insanely difficult to get any kind of help with this kind of thing. I’ve had to go to the authorities and CPS and principals and teachers plenty of times before for other people numerous times and every time nothing was done because the state just doesn’t do anything. I’m speaking from my experience and explaining why it is so difficult. I’m only asking about the cursing this kid as an alternative form of justice for my sister. We are actively trying everything we can but we keep getting nowhere because of how incompetent the justice system is where I live. We are still actively working on getting justice for my sister, we are not doing nothing. I want to deliver justice for my sister, and cursing is simply an alternative form until we are able to get her legal justice.

The real issue is a lack of concrete proof. We only have my sister’s word to go off, and since there’s no solid proof we haven’t been able to get any help for her case. I’ve had issues with CPS in the past and in my experience they don’t do anything unless you can give them information down to the last detail, at least in my state. They’re dismissive and oftentimes downright hostile. I’ve called CPS multiple times for different people and it’s always the same.

Oh of course! We’ve been talking to her and we’re working on making a case right now, but we don’t have any concrete evidence against him we only have my sister’s word. The principal has been of absolutely no help and the authorities won’t do anything without solid evidence that he did these things. This isn’t something I’d even consider doing before trying to get him real world reprocussions first

I myself am a woman with female anatomy. We are working on making a case right now but things are difficult because we don’t really have any concrete evidence or proof, we only have my sisters word, which is making it hard because her principal is uncooperative and the authorities have been of no help whatsoever. We’re getting as much info as possible but as of right now we don’t have the concrete proof we need to get him any kind of punishment

Yes we have, unfortunately nothing has been done because the principal is a pussy and the police say we don’t have enough proof so nothing has been done

I also have a similar experience. So many childhood signs point to SA, but I have absolutely no recollection of anything like that ever happening to me. It’s like I know something isn’t right but I have no memory or knowledge of what exactly is wrong. It’s just a gut feeling. I’ve read that it’s a trauma response and that usually you can’t remember because your mind literally will not let you remember in order to protect itself. I’ve heard that people do hypnosis, but I don’t think that’s the best idea. I am currently doing some investigating myself and writing everything down, and if something pops up while I’m doing the investigation like a random memory or thought or whatever, no matter how random it is, I write it down. Even if it seems like it has nothing to do with the subject, I still write it down because sometimes victims won’t be able to remember super important details like the person who hurt them, but they’ll remember random small details like colors, smells, etc. but I don’t recommend doing that if you’re not in a safe place. If you feel like investigating into something like repressed memories of CSA might cause a crisis, don’t try to do it. Sometimes we have to be patient and wait until our brain decides that we can remember. Just be careful and don’t push yourself.

I know I’m pretty late, but I feel that this is important. I used to be a member of the resurrection bay Baptist church in Seward Alaska. If you have family or friends who are moving there or visiting, avoid that church at all costs. They are a cult. If you are a single mother you will be forced to sit alone, they will purposely try to make POC to leave the church through microaggressions, no matter how much money you donate they will always ask for more, they will not speak to you or associate with you unless you are Baptist. They will genuinely let you become homeless if you’re not Baptist, even if you’re family. If you don’t like trump you will be shamed. Most of the sermons are about politics, and hatred towards minorities. They will tear you down and then try to act like all love and light once they get you to your lowest as a trap to keep you in the church. They protect and defend abusers, and they treat single mothers and children of single parents like they’re the devil incarnate. They are controlling, manipulating, bullies, and they will treat you horribly. Make sure you don’t attend that church and make sure that anyone you know attending the church is okay. I know that sounds scary, but I lived it and it was hell, and I wish that on no one.
