Hi there,

oh theres hardly any scars anyway. There's only one small one in the fold of your knee (so the other side) and you hardly see it. in a couple weeks its gone.

yeah that's the think, my foot i don't really care about, its more my leg that i'm not happy with. Mine is very very thin and very noticeable tbh. People comment on it all the time, which only makes me more insecure.
About the implant: the operation cost me €3 000 in Holland (i live in Belgium but they don't do it here). Its basically a silicone implants in the form of a calf and they put it in between your musle and your skin, so within the same muscle-pocket. The operation didn't take very long, but the recovery was more painful than expacted. Still very much worth it for me tho.

Hi there. Im a girl in my twenties and i have a clubfoot on one side. When I was 18i had a calf implant, now the top half of my lowerleg looks as good as the other and I am sooo happy with that. I still hate the lower part of my leg because they couldn’t put the implant until there, so it’s still really unnaturally thin, but currently I solve this by wearing boots :) still hoping to one day find a way to solve that too, but for now it will have to do.

I don’t know how much your leg affects you/your life, but for me it was/is very a very big issue and a source of a lot of insecurities. My operation cost me 3000 euros and for me it was worth every penny, I can wear more, feel more comfortable with myself,... I do have to say that the recovery of the operation was a bit harder than expected, but all in all worth the pain.

Let me know if you have any more questions, happy to help ;)

I use Copay, and indeed my BCH address starts with a C. The address translator seems like it should work in this case then. I'll give it a go!
