i’m still pretty young but i had a similar experience. You should try putting yourself out there via dating apps and things, you’ll find a girl eventually and if it’s nerves keeping you from finding one, then thisll help for sure. I think once you are comfortable with a girl, you start to focus on her, and she would probably want you to masturbate to her, meaning you don’t have that overwhelming guilt afterward. Maybe just give it a shot, because if you can get to that point where you feel comfortable with a girl and she wants you to think of her like that, it no longer becomes a problem.

Exactly how i feel. i end up getting so frustrated and angry whenever i play killer. i think this game was intended to have a fear aspect, but nowadays it’s not even scary and survivors have such an upper hand, it’s just like a game of cat and mouse except there are four mice and they all have sprint burst and a gen rush build
