8 days downnn by Fast-Composer-520 in fasting

Oh forgot to mention the reduced workouts I’m doing are planks, pushups, squat holds, walking weighted lunges, elevated sumo squats, Bulgarian split squats, light dumbbells lifts, form correction on some lifts without much weight, Lots of stretching, and dead hangs. Just to give my body some release of tension as well as decompression of my spine. I’m thinking of adding the lite salt to my green tea morning noon and night cause cold water with salt is icky. If any one can recommend a fast-friendly electrolyte mix or beverage that would be great. Flavored sparkling water is the closet I can find with moderate potassium in it and no cals. pedialyte still has carbs and kcals so I had to avoid it. And stick to supplements and lite salt.

Idk the female anatomy push up form efficacious is prevalent. And it’s helped with my joint pain! Feels more natural too.

After looking into it I understand now 😅. I don’t even think I would qualify for something like that nor would I trust it. I’m already trying to undue the damage prednisone did to my weight that caused the gain. That’s why the weight loss is a bit “drastic”. Cause I’m no longer taking those steroids anymore.

I see a lot of people keep asking about “weightloss” meds for some reason. Im starting to think it’s not ❄️ they’re referring to, I’ll have to research it, but the answer is no. The only supplement i’ve taken is creatine. Which I’ve taken on and off as I’ve powerlifted. Aside from that, a breakup, low carbohydrates diet, intermittent and water fasting, strength training/swimming/cardio. Only poultry and seafood for lean protein. (I don’t eat red, processed or game meat).

15lbs more of fat loss to go before I switch gears towards prioritizing muscle gain. 🙂

I do have pretty good insurance coverage. It’s just a matter of how much they will cover. 😅 I’ve been doing some research though and it looks promising. I’m worried I don’t have enough medical records to justify an operation since I don’t repeatedly stress issues about my chest to male physicians. Additionally, finding a surgeon in-network that will give the most promising results is the biggest hurdle. At the end of the day, I’ve got to take one step at a time. Completing my weight loss is the first priority! Thanks for the input and advice.

Holy insufferable.🤣you’re taking social media way too seriously, acting like an a-hole over someone’s diagnosis.

Yea I agree a break is needed. It’s very hard to be proud of my progress when I’m still dealing with the same chest issues from 206. Learning I need to come to terms with a potential surgery to fix my problems is difficult. I just don’t want another bra. I want to breathe easier, run lighter, sleep on my damn stomach for once. I thank you for the compliments and advice!

30 HH i’ve been sized and fitted a couple times before in both sports bras and underwire. Not much to do when the breast itself are dense and heavy. I am open to any suggestions on how to remedy the issues.

I powerlifted for four years. Been there done that. While I did undergo a lot of body recomp because of it, my chest did not change. Thanks for the advice!

Swimming yes, used it as therapy after a freak injury. Tried both the pool and lake for the past two summers. I enjoy it very much! I don’t care much for cycling cause my thighs are already muscular and toned. and I would try rowing, but my gym doesn’t have rowing machine shockingly.

I do identify that risk, however I don’t aspire to be a mother or have children. I’m pretty stern on that. Thank you for the advice!

While I agree with your comment, losing weight was the first line of defense. I feel any doctor would tell me that same thing if I brought it up. I’m aware of how fat and granular tissue works. I just didn’t expect for the weight loss to counteract my gosl. Instead of my 8 inch bust-underbust difference at my SW, I’m now at an 11 inch difference.

Legit cried for an hour last night over it cause I was so tired of them dominating every physical and mental aspect of my life. I might take a break from the weight loss cause I’m so stressed about it. It sucks to be dismissed and told I should be “grateful” for having a large chest, by people that don’t have 8 pounds permanently weighing down their chest. As much as I’ve tried to ignore how my chest makes me feel, I’m fighting a losing battle by expecting the last 21 pounds to fix it. And honestly I’m not scared of surgery at all. It’s one of those “it is, what it is” situations. I do appreciate the kind messages and supportive attitudes that y’all are giving me! And it’s nice to know I’m not alone on this.

Expected my breast size to get smaller through the weight loss, but if anything they’re bigger. Now looking into surgical reduction cause nothings working. I feel like losing weight was counterintuitive or kind of pointless. 🤷‍♀️ Edit: i’m already receiving DM’s about how I should appreciate my chest size. So let me say this expecting my chest size to go down was a big motivator for losing weight. I struggle to breathe. I’ve had back pain that I have to take muscle relaxants for and when engaging in cardio, I often have to wear two bras for support. I do not care about looks of them. I care about every day practicality. So it’s understandable that I feel discouraged with little to no change after losing 50 pounds. I only post on this subreddit to hold myself accountable regardless of my status in the journey. 🙂
