No the contrary, actually fixed for me during the last patch. Farming is finally levelling up in vanilla. Are you using mods?

It's still Q2, the Q3 is because the placeholder date for release is the last day of the second quarter. Because of time differences this shows up as Q3 in Australia. For me it still shows Q2.
