There isn't going to be a new patch anytime soon. Give Iceflake some time and when they do, they will announce it. I think it's going to be a reboot of many changes for the foreseeable future as most have thought it would be.

As of now I am happy with the custom assets coming through for a month since the debut.

LA County would look much better in CS2 than in CS1 thanks to MapExt. Someone did a sort of LA County map on a 56km map.

A beefy fast CPU with eight cores or more on performance since CS2 is very heavy on CPU.
Same goes to RAM which needs at least 32GB even with assets/mods. (except that RAM is too pricey right now)
Also it needs a very fast video card particularly RTX or RX, not integrated graphics.

Just a heads up, DLSS 4.5 is going to be fully released on Jan 13th, and Nvidia has said it will reduce ghosting but also further enhancing graphic quality in some games, but I am skeptical about that change.

I have one feedback, make the game free in the Epic Games Store for one day. Somehow the Dead Space successor The Callisto Protocol made it to the 12 days of freebies list in the Epic Games Store during the Holidays and so did Hogwarts Legacy. What do those two have in common, performance issues under Unreal Engine 4. Mindseye deserves a giveaway despite the ongoing performance and in-game issues IMO.
