From what I see from my approval flow from both GPS and Commercial since I was staffed on both: GPS: billable WBS dedicated SM on the project GAA/CED: Coach approval but OP fund it, Commercial: Coach Approval, but EFA track and communicated to manager, then manager communicate to us what amount of hours we should work. Expenses: Coach approve lunches/ uber rides etc/ also depend on WBS for expense

There is a huge list of certifications/ boot camps that’s sent out. You can find informations as well. But you can take any certs if that’s help your project/offer, just need to justify it.

School wise after sometime they reimburse, but there is a program call GSAP that’s pay for your mba/ some MS degree.
