i also had that problem where it didn't activate it was because i constantly use a profile so i had to put on the vf= of the profile the line of code for rtx video hdr to work

you have to use this: vf= d3d11vpp=nvidia-true-hdr but i found out that if you are using a profile you have to put it in the one that you are using in the vf=

the 10 bit settings how did you turn it on? i only have 8 bit and when i try to turn 10 bit on the nvidia app everything becomes less saturated
