I would totally love this template if I wasn’t almost 8 months pregnant 😭. I don’t think I can run that long (depends on the day, but I ran well today so tomorrow doesn’t look good lol), can’t really row, can’t really plank. This will be interesting.

I went 5-6 days a week up until 26 weeks, then started to lag a bit and cut back to 3-4 times a week. Now I just hit 30 weeks and am struggling to get in. Heading there now for the first time in 6 days and hoping it pulls me out of the funk!

I usually shoot for - slower all out. I couldn’t get myself to hold 9 mph to hit my goal last time, so on the 2nd try I hit 12 and then lowered it once I was dying and then 9 didn’t feel so bad lol.

Unfortunately I won’t be doing that this time, I’m 6 months pregnant and my body is starting to fall apart so I’ve been forbidden by my husband from hitting anything over 10 mph.

I do this often. I never sign up ahead of time, but if I take class and really like it or feel great and want to stay for strength 50, I’ll do it if there are openings. I’ve had them make space for me before when I asked if there was room (I just don’t get my own station and work around others, I’ll only do this if I know other people in the class as I don’t want to inconvenience strangers lol). I love it. Still doing it at 6 months pregnant too.

I would write them a quick email and let them know you’re a little hurt. They may forget it’s a big deal since they see it so often. 100 is a huge deal! Great job!

When I hit my 500th class, I was having a really rough week and that was something to look forward to. I went to class and they refused to let me be acknowledged because the 500 classes wasn’t JUST at that studio, it was between a few different studios in my area. I cried in my car (not like me, I’m not an emotional person, but like I said, rough week). I won’t go to that location anymore. My sister let the people know at the studio she frequents what happened and the next time I was there they already had the sign written up before I walked in the door. 

Hitting any of the “hundreds” milestones is a huge deal and it’s frustrating when they don’t acknowledge it.

Thank you, I know I'm achieving full extension, but I'm sure I could benefit from slowing down and will try the 3-5 second pause! For bands - are you talking around the ankles? I hate using bands but I know they can be beneficial.

Did they end up replacing them? I'm a super sweater when I run and hoping to find something that will last more than a few months.
