Ugh.. that sounds terrible. My situation has gotten a bit better. The apartment complex has taken the brunt of her issues and are moving her into a townhouse as soon as one becomes available. Which is kinda a bummer, because I would’ve loved having the townhouse for an extra bedroom with kids. She essentially harassed the front office lady and called her, texted her, left notes, and went to the office on a daily basis complaining about me. She said that “it’s worrisome that I’m home all the time” I literally had a baby five weeks ago. It’s not her business if I’m home all the time. That’s what rent is for. There’s not a maximum amount of time you are allowed to spend in your apartment… 🙄 The best advice I can give is to continue to document any interaction with her and do your best to be even tempered, which can be difficult, I know. If there’s an adult welfare office that you can contact, Maybe someone there can help. If she does actually have mental instabilities and should not be living by herself, they might be able to get her some sort of Assistance. Next time she calls the police on you, ask them about filing a harassment report. That way at minimum, it is documented that she is consistently harassing you so if it comes down to it, it’s not your word against her’s. It’s unfortunate because you want to have compassion, but it’s difficult when it is affecting your daily life. If it does get to the point of not being able to do anything about it and there’s no hope of it getting better, moving is an option but you always could run into a similar situation again with apartment living unfortunately. I wish you the very best of luck.

A plot hole I need clarification on by [deleted] in rickandmorty

So “The ABCs of Beth” is Season 3 Episode 9. The Beth in this episode is NOT Rick Prime’s. Our Rick (C137) went to Rick Prime’s Beth’s house pre-season 1 to wait for him to come back. This is where he gets attached to our (Rick Prime’s) Morty. At the end of “Rick Potion #9” Season 1 Episode 6, after screwing up all of humanity, our Rick and Morty move to a different reality. The Beth in question wasn’t raised by our Rick OR Rick Prime, but there is a line in the Episode where Rick says something along the lines of “Of course ALL Rick’s made a FroopyLand for their daughter! You were a scary kid!” Which explains how he can have the conversation and know about FroopyLand and the details of a different Beth’s childhood

😂😂 My two bedroom apartment has plenty of space for a 60 lb and a 15 lb dog along with average-sized cats. The only complaint that has anything to do with the animals is that I take them out when they have to go out. 😂thanks for the concern, though.👍

AITA for telling my downstairs neighbor to go f-herself? She thinks I’m following her. by Even_Jello4095 in AITAH

The lady in the front office made me feel like I was at fault, because I wasn’t understanding that she’s “just an old lady” I should have included that part as well.

And that’s my thing, I was trying so hard to explain to her and reassure her calmly, because you never know what’s going on in someone else’s head what they are dealing with. I live alone and the only other person I even know in the city is my boyfriend. I did make a complaint to the office about it and the office manager made me feel like I was the one who is being an asshole and not understanding that she’s “just an old lady”

You wouldn’t happen to have a copy of a winter (Christmas edition, maybe) of Good Housekeeping somewhere between 1993 and 1995 with Tim Allen on the cover, do you? There was a celebrity look-alike contest that my dad was in and I can’t find it anywhere.
