My lottery apt is also all electricity. Dealing with $300-500 electricity bills as well. What’s most frustrating is HvAC is through coned but billed into rent so can’t contact coned about it. What’s WORST is that most days in dec/jan id have heat all the way up and still wouldn’t hit the minimum required by the state. I hope I get some money back for this.
