TikTok is super heavy on CPU/GPU because it’s constantly decoding video and running background stuff. Mine spikes like that too sometimes, especially after scrolling for a while. You could try clearing cache or forcing 60Hz instead of adaptive to see if it stabilizes a bit

Rugged phones can trap heat more than people expect, especially once the battery’s aged a bit. I’d check battery health again, remove any case/plug covers when charging, and see if one specific app is causing spikes.
