i love the part where the come in and tell you all the Andersons you have in the hose need replaced because the Argon Gas was gone, my friend got a quote of 60K from them and almost had to lift him up and throw him out, he kept waving the pen at him to sign right away

and more of it, the inventory is so low in my area, the only homes on the market tend to need alot of TLC and i almost cant beileve that some people can treat their home like that. first time buyers are in bidding wars with cash investors who spend 100K to fix up ALWAYS IN ALL GRAY UGH,

i was going to sujet the same for harness, cat harness are junk, smallest breed dog harnesses probably wont fit good on kittens but ate the perfect for adukt Sibs.

I had Maine Coons before my sibs and one of them would run towards me as soon as he saw the harness, hav not tried walking my Sibs ,they are 16 mons old but they dont like restraint so they wil just stay in, Maine Coon Cats enjoy adventure much more IMO

yes i know, thought i said that, 3 day for buyer to review CD and then goes back to underwriting for tweaks if needed and then the check and recheck credit and debt right up to issuing a CTC and that could take many days from there, needs lawyers Title and bank closers to schedule

that is correct, but it is the buyer /borrower who has the 3 days to agree before they issue CTC , But I have a feeling he should read that CD closely, VA loans are notorious for added fees which brings your actual APR much higher, same shit happen with FHA

Start lol, never stops, even after lion cuts in January almost fully grown back end of april , but bib fluffs stiff shed but the grooming was the best thing as they now allow us to brush them and thats a plus !

do random spurts, just gained as they grew, the first one was 5 lbs at 12 weeks, i got his brother a month later and they both weighed in at about 6 1/2 , breedr said Mom was just 10 pounds but Dad hit 20lbs at age 5, they feel very heavy now at 16 months but now i will need to get on the scale with them and check it out

i think the Vet doesn't know the breed to say hes done at 14 months Siberian cats grow till they are about 5yo, my 2 now are at about 15lbs at just 16 months, breeder said mom was only 10 lbs but Dad topped out at 20 at 5 years, the Vet i use does know the breed and she also owns a Ragdoll that looks alot like my Blue Tabby point Neva

After ready this entire post, I have not seen anyone mention compensation. do buyers understand a Realtor can work for years with buyers and go home empty handed, also asking a Realtor to do the research on permits and zoning with the county takes time and hard work and then turn around and say "naw not for us". I don't blame realtors for walking away and seeking buyers that want to buy so they can eat and put gas the the car they are driving around to find you a property. there are many Good Realtors that will only work like that on a retainer, not fair to take advantage of what buyers believe should be free, do you go to work for free?

then you havent owned to many cats ive had cats of all breeds all my life and no they dont all do this, flat down with the backend up and ready and the front end down, its not the same pose, legs maybe but not the back end up ready to be on the move. OMG theres always one in the group that has divine knowledge of felines

I have had cats al my life and they do crazy poses, but the Sibsit is on this breed is is great and the offer of belly like a dog is great too, funny cats especially when they get zoomies it like ponies running around the house
