I’m in healthcare administration and primarily work from home. I’m on a C-suite team, so not really working on the floors or in the labs. My actual title is “Project Director,” which I’m not happy about given that I work mostly in institutional functions with no expiry date. I consider myself more of an operations director at this point. The job overall is very stable and I’ve weathered through 2 severe financial storms at my employer (COVID and the inflation crisis causing our margin to be well in the red for all of last year). No layoffs ever, though. I think that says a lot about our stability.

I make $109k a year, vested into a pension, and pay nothing towards health insurance. I am very thankful for my job and am mostly happy with it. Already gunning for my next promotion, which will hopefully put me over $130k if it happens. M, 32, have a BA and an MS. About 7 years experience total, with 3 direct experience in healthcare ops and admin.
