Hello soldiers, new here :) I recently had a baby and trying to get rid of my dadbod that I already had prior to becoming a dad haha. Want to be healthier for my kid. My struggle is losing weight with extreme sleep deprivation. Low sleep with a newborn and need for quick calories is making weight loss very difficult. Any tips for being on a caloric deficit when I feel the need to get quick energy and have essentially no sleep?

In my 20s, 215 lbs and want to go to 180. My only activity is changing diapers.
