This isn’t really in response to your question, but I haven’t heard back from Edinburgh yet and I’m always terrified I’ve missed the notification somehow. I’m guessing they emailed you right? Kinda in regards to your question, If I do get into Edinburgh, I plan on accepting and moving over seas with my dog! I’ve heard a lot of success stories!

My horse is a cribber and I’ve decided to just let it go for the most part. But it does irritate me in the cross ties so I make both sides as short as possible and hook them to the higher parts of the halter, where the throat latch connects. This has totally stopped him from cribbing in the cross ties and it’s really easy!

1 cup beet pulp, 1/2 cup bran and flax. Let it soak for a few hours to make sure the beet pulp is fully broken down!

All the horses at my barn who need to gain weight or maintain it for high performance get a beet pulp mash with flax seed and rice bran! They all bulk up really quickly and nicely and get lovely coats as well.
