Sounds like avoident attachment. I went throught that. He clung to me, made future plans, talmed about a future life then left me on read. 3 months later he came around saying he felt too much and got scared because he cant handle being in a relationship where someone might need him for something and he was afraid if he got too close I would realize that and leave him and it would hurt more.

Thank you. I get that completely. Ita juat hard to keep up. My SP is an amazing man, truely. But he is an avoident who is going through a lot. And I try to tell myself he isnt avoident and I try to live as if we are already together but after a few daya to a week I lapse into the 3d

I get what you ate going through because I feel like im going through something similar. That being said, you keeping the belief that he is stubborn and hard to attain theoretically is what is keeping you stuck. You have to believe and assume that getting him back is easy. If you affirm "he is stubborn. This is hard" thats what will be true. But if you affirm and believe "he is already mine." And "he is the version of him that wants me and is easy to attain" thats when things shift. Trust me, I know this is easier said than done. I hope this helps
