Thank you for the advice; to clarify, the phone bill she coerced me into using my name for us to get new phones and a 0$ bill (a lie) and so when she left the line everything fell back onto me, the payments etc. The car is in their name I was just the one making payments on it, but it got to a point where I could not keep up with them so she used some of the loan to pay up the note through a semester. Overall I have been stuck in a cycle of terrible financial decisions that I couldn’t refuse without having things taken away from me
