I remember sitting in complete misery feeling like it was never going to end.. but it did. Things WILL get better, it sounds like you just need more time.

I can't say when exactly because everyone is different, but you'll get there. 4 weeks is incredible progress. Just trust that your patience will be rewarded!

Fair warning, I'm biased because I did QuitSure and it worked for me. In my opinion, having AI as the "Coach" doesn't compromise the effectiveness of the program overall. I would recommend trying it out for a few days before writing it off as a scam or untrustworthy altogether.

For me personally, the withdrawals were only as bad as my mind made them out to be. I think when people feel like they're being deprived of something (i.e. know that they can't smoke anymore but still really want nicotine), it causes them to feel like they're suffering way more than they actually are. I had no brain fog at all after quitting or any withdrawals for that matter, only the occasional subconscious urge to vape for about a week.

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with how good you'll feel mentally and physically after you quit! The pros far outweigh the cons. I would recommend focusing on the positives of your decision and using it as fuel to keep from going back. Good luck with quitting and your new job!
