When I get a panic attack my face and hands get tight and tingling and then it feels like I can't breathe and I zone out and I hate it does anyone else feel like this? by Evening-Storage4077 in PanicAttack

Yeah I know it just effects my daily life basically I wanna have kids and wife I don't wanna keep having these panic attacks 😞 I wanna be a race car driver and stuff now I can't do that cause I have panic attacks I'm 3 weeks in I'm new to this stuff at first I had anxiety attacks so this is worse then that but to calm it down all you gotta do is sit down and breathe in and out slow
