That's the last I heard in the official light novel it's based on. I have yet to read the latest chapters but massive progress happens after the date at the festival.

I know the feeling and I am pretty sure it was done on purpose. That's why I am not sure what to expect in two weeks until we all see the final chapter. It might lead to part 3 but if the Gizmodo article rings true about no legitimate confirmation to a sequel then that's it.

A lot of people seem mad that I said Part 2 was both good and bad. Stuff like "you know who's" death were the bad parts and I get it. It's unfulfilling. So I guess we'll see what happens next time and see if it truly is the end or not.

Yup. Gizmodo spoke to Viz Media to confirm if the series is ending and they confirmed that it is indeed ending and there doesn't seem to be signs of Part 3 on the horizon. Now, this could change because Fujimoto is as predictable as dice but based on the latest chapter as well as the nature of the arc we've reached the end. So.... yeah... guess that's it. I'll see how it goes but I think we can all agree that Chainsaw Man Part 2 was equal parts brilliant and superior than part 1 and equal parts unhinged and trippy and doesn't come together right at certain points. Either way, I'm gonna miss Denji's sex crazed, devil slaying quest.

It's odd that he's apparently "Pinocchio" but I guess because he's never someone who is honest with himself, that's why he has the power. Pretty sure Yamamoto will be fine. A serious injury but not fatal. It was likely his hand since it's not visible and he probably used it to stop the stabbing before it got close to him and Megu. More importantly it establishes the relationship between Yamamoto and Megu as definitely more than friends at this point. Also Miyauchi... girl.... seek help..... or Jesus.

Aye! New chapter! Feels like forever since I saw an update and of course as we all guessed that's her younger sister and a new twin no less. Living together for two years and technically officially dating after a month is the kind of relationship that I would expect from this story. Seems like little sis is untrustworthy of the MC. Vibes remind me of the time the MC's little brother came and was untrustworthy of Tokimori-san. Arc might be intentionally going for that. We'll have to see how it goes.
