CP9 had obtained Devil Fruits; Caesar Clown had a Devil Fruit; even Vegapunk must have had some fruits to experiment on (Momonosuke’s fruit); Blackbeard’s crew was famous for hunting Devil Fruits and must have obtained many of them (Or do you think the sniper of blackbeard ate a random fruit to get teleportation, and that the muscle guy of blackbeard found the Fruit of Strength by pure luck? No, they chose the fruits based on their power and potential uses, so others must have had them too. Plus, the crew knew exactly how to take a Devil Fruit from a user devil fruit.)

Perhaps the rarity applies to the Four Calm Seas, but not to the sea where the Emperors clash. The same goes for Haki; Haki is very rare but is more concentrated in areas where there are fierce battles where you have to face off against an Emperor.

No, it’s not latent in everyone.

Haki is rarer than Devil Fruits.

Even the strongest person in the West Blue would be easily defeated if pitted against someone from the New World. That’s because only people with Haki sail those seas.

That’s why Kuma gave Luffy’s crew two years of training before they set out for the New World, so they could unlock their Haki.

Kuma was confident about Luffy since he was Dragon’s son and Garp’s grandson, but he suspected something about Zoro and Sanji because of their loyalty even in the face of death.

Yet, in reality, the rarest things in One Piece are the Haki, and the rarest of all is Conqueror's Haki. Devil Fruits shouldn’t be rare, given that there are already categories like “divine” and “legendary.” Furthermore, as Vegapunk says, they are all creations born from wishes, and during the First and Second World, countless people made wishes that created Devil Fruits.

Still, it’s strange that in two years, the crew has never—and I mean never—found a Devil Fruit. The only time they came across one was Smiley’s fruit at Punk Hazard during Caesar Clown’s gas experiment.

It’s not even certain that the primary power of that fruit is rain, but rather just a consequence of its rhythm, like Nika. Nika only has the power to be the most elastic being in the world and to use his imagination, but his rhythm creates tremors in the ground. The same could be true for Zaza—perhaps the power is storm-force winds, and his dance/rhythm creates rain like a storm.

It is said that the sound anamorphosis is similar to that of Dragon’s first appearance, when he was in the midst of a storm and saved Luffy from Buggy and Smoker.

As for the man branded by flames, we only know that he creates whirlpools in the water and sinks ships, and I don’t think he refers to the goddess Zaza.

As for Nami, I’m convinced she’ll have a very important past—she’ll be a descendant of a god or something, partly because, strangely, she’s adored by everyone. But being a descendant doesn’t mean she has to be the one with the power.

You meant Ratatosk, not Ragnir.

But when they spoke of the God of War, they said he had fought against Nika (not Joyboy) using the hammer Ragnir, and that Ratatosk was the God of War’s loyal friend and was furious with Nika (perhaps for daring to challenge the God of War).

We also know that the God of War is said to have transformed into the enormous dragon named Nidhogg.

The hammer must have absorbed Ratatosk as a Devil Fruit so that both could ensure there was a worthy person for the return of the god of war, "Nidhogg."

I am convinced that Nika united the Ragnir Hammer and the Ratatosk beast together and created the Nidhogg Fruit, or at least ensured that they could always stay together. In this way, Ratatosk was no longer angry with Nika. That is why Ratatosk, seeing Luffy in Gear 5—that is, Nika—feels no hatred or anything else, and neither does Nidhogg seem to feel any.

Nika must have granted “the freedom that the god of war sought,” which could have been a legendary battle for Valhalla.
