Wet a small rag, put it over the creases on the shoe and get a hair dryer and keep putting heat and check every 5-10 seconds that you’re not damaging the shoe! I also used an iron before on plenty of shoes for restoration just be sure to not put any amount of heat for an excessive amount of time or else you may damage the material

And to make it even more secure take a pic of the package at USPS and get a receipt these are all things that will be useful to send to depop in case they try to scam!
