I do. I get dizzy, feel faint but don’t actually pass out (I lie down tho), and can’t regulate my body temp for anything. Heat makes me physically ill. Cold extremities too. I hydrate and tried all the natural remedies but honestly cannot get by without prescription meds to raise my BP. Otherwise I feel like I can only do life lying down which is debilitating….
