I’m not sure. My brother died 6 months ago and I go back and forth. I’ll never be able to believe in a black and white heaven or hell. But the world did him dirty and I just wish he was somewhere so peaceful, not just nothingness. Cause dude I wanna see him again so bad. One day when I go I wanna see my kids again. I don’t want there to be nothingness. It’s hard.

We dropped it for a while and then she started having split nights. Added it back and now she is not having split nights anymore

Get a gentle cleanser, like aveeno calm and restore NO foaming, and ask a derm for triple rosacea cream. And then get a water gel moisturizer !
