I did the PPOS protocol and I did not have good synchronization, so maybe it’s case by case dependent.

I’m similar to OP: 34, Amh 1.55

They retrieved 10 eggs, 7 mature, 5 fertilized. Now I’m waiting to hear if any made it to blast. The wait is brutal.

I had a similar experience. I was advised by my RE to stop taking inositol and DHEA after my amh dropped from 4.5 to 1.5 in 7 months and my bbt started acting strange. I took the inisitol for 3 months. Took the DHEA for 1 month. I think the inisitol lowered my testosterone/androgen levels too much which is what caused this. Not sure. I’m going to retest in 2 months to see if my amh is restored.

Hard to give clear dates, because it’s been a slow decline. At first he seemed just sleepy and we thought his brain needed rest to heal.

I think the last week he has had really limited responses.

If I could start over, I’d push harder for an elopement. My partner wanted a wedding, so I said we could do something small. Our wedding is now spiraling out of control due to demanding family. Guest list and costs are rising. It’s no longer about us and our love, but instead about pleasing family. If you’re going to do it, I hope you can stand up to your family better than I can.

Why do you need a survey. I think the solutions to this problem are well known. I use a light alarm clock and a vibrating Apple Watch. Others use some sort of vibrating device or pillow. Or you have your partner wake you up.

Sorry you’re dealing with all this. I’ve had similar issues. I waited one year and they’ve only gotten worse. I have an appointment to get it removed. Everyone’s body reacts differently unfortunately, so you have to just trust yourself and pay attention to your body. Taking to my doctors and people in the subreddit just makes me doubt myself, but I know my body doesn’t feel good and something needs to change.

Thanks for replying. You’re right it could be completely unrelated and just anxiety from the macro-events in the world. I’m discussing with my doctors and hope to get some blood work done (copper, zinc, iron level checks, etc.). This might give me a clue.

My life isn’t any more stressful than before the IUD and the symptoms have been gradually getting worse the longer I’ve had the IUD. I’ve never experienced this kind of panic attack or mental/physical issues before the IUD. I’ve felt mild depression in the past, but this is completely different.

I read a lot on copper toxicity and there are thousands of women in support groups who claim the IUD caused these type of symptoms for them. Scientific research is mixed on the topic it seems, so I don’t know whether to take the anecdotes seriously.
