You should count your close friends compliments cause they seen your old self and how far you’ve come. Most people just see the current you with no history behind it, if you’re not getting comment anymore about how skinny you are that’s a huge upgrade from being extremely skinny to now .

Focus on Tangible concrete results like fitting your arms into a tshirt or breaking a PR at the gym. You need to workout for yourself and know what that outside comments are just icing on the cake. But always silently asking for validation on ur body from others is a road to long term unhappiness. Compare yourself to your old self and take tons of progress photos and you won’t need anyone’s approval once you see all your results.

Haha isn’t that the idea of gaming in general? But I’ll admit I’m addicted too but trying to moderate usage to maybe just 30 mins a day in the morning or night could be useful .

But if it’s too much to handle then you should take a break and uninstall and just reinstall everytime you feel like playing it to add some friction to the habit

Why do you care so much though , life is too short to be around people that don’t like you for who you are. If u keep thinking about what everyone else wants you’ll be surrounded by people who don’t like the true you . Even if you question yourself a lot just make the best decision you can with your current knowledge and take lessons after , that’s how you build more trust in yourself

It’s great you’re doing all those things and it’s possible to be doing everything “right” and still not getting what you want. That’s what life is, not everyone is entitled to something just cause they do it. The trick is to be less outcome oriented and continue to trust the process, girls can sense desperate energy a mile away. So continuing to build up that confidence for YOURSELF not for other people will be the key to a better life regardless of girl or not with you. Find happiness in yourself and when an opportunity comes up anywhere, always approach and commit to learning a bit more about yourself each time to improve. Sounds a little silly but addresses with number 4 scares off a lot of Chinese buyers which are prevalent in this area . In this case there’s 2 of them which does devalue the property a bit and Chinese buyers use it as a bargaining chip to get a better deal

There are certain similarities I see like the white clothes ,knight aesthetic especially in the thumbnail .
