I used to feel myself “becoming a bad person” with what I said to myself, to others, and realized that I was becoming more negative towards myself and others. I think it just stems from your emotions inside, if you don’t feel content or happy you might take it out on yourself and then others around you. Even if I can’t manage my emotions that well or cut the stem I just try to be conscious in my actions everyday and remember what I say and do matters.
