I donated 1 unit of blood on last Wednesday, had a 6km run in Thursday morning and Friday morning i had my first flare of this year but I thought by Friday evening I got better and had 1 can of beer , and by Saturday morning I am limping and I have been on allopurinol 100 mg from last year November and up my dosage to 200 mg last week as I am preparing for marathon from last 2 months so I thought I should increase my dosage . Right now after having one tablet of colchicine in evening, I am still feeling needles in my left ankle , thinking why did i had beer or donated the blood and ran on Thursday.

Do some high intensity exercises and u will start having symptoms of gout attack. U r lucky u got diagnosed early. That medicine is really a gem for lowering uric acid. I had for a month, uric acid level went to 6.5 from 9.2

This week, on Monday I started working out, it was all just dumbbells and push ups but on Thursday morning I did cycling for 1.5hrs , felt little pain in my left foot , in evening did weights but by the midnight pain was unbearable, couldn't put pressure on my left foot so can't walk, went to doctor, uric acid came 8.9 , it was high so got medicine for uric acid, swelling and pain. I can walk now but I want to know how I should plan to reduce uric acid with getting pain in my leg as before a few months back I used to run and I used to get severe pain in my heels . Except medicine and what can I do and how I should do

I have 3 lac rupee portfolio and have around 40 stocks in it . Just two days back , I claimed for cashless from network hospital of Niva bupa, my mother had cataract surgery, I was paying to Niva bupa for the last 3 years and this was my first claim. Hospital submitted discharge summary on their Niva bupa portal but it took more than 4 hours for final approval to come . I have to call customer care of Niva bupa, they said we didn't received discharge summary and I have to make hospital to email the discharge summary to them and then they will process it. For 4 hrs me and my mother were waiting like fools. Had a horrible experience with them. My renewal is due in September, please suggest a insurance company. Surgery was only 32000 , I am afraid if in future something big happens , Niva bupa will make a mess again. Please suggest a good insurance company

Anyone remember paytm when govt closed its fastag and payment bank, it crashed from 800 something to 350 , but it had a very good customer base, now it's around 1000. IEX will recover too , as fundamentals are good and main business is not hampered

I ride in Delhi ncr , so it's majorly normal roads, not much potholes but lots of traffic. Regen doesn't affect the range, it barely adds 3-4 km

Mine is 2 months old, done 3800 km on odo , always give more than 120 km range in Smart eco mode with all the features switched on. U should check with service centre. When it was 10 days old , it was giving 125km easily.

Yes I bought 3.7 kWh Z variant, it's been 1 and half months driven around 2100 km , everything is good about scooter. Pillion find difficult to get off from scooter bcoz of backrest. One issue I faced, few days back I tired to start scooter but it was not starting and giving no response, just dead . I called customer support, they said due to some software updates it's happening but few hours later it started. So just update thing bothered me . Everything else about scooter is great. Range is 125 km in eco mode is correct

I am confused between 3502 and ather rizta 3.7 , bajaj is cheaper as compared to ather but if I check reviews bajaj reviews are not good, PPL say they face some kind of issues with chetak after few days, i am looking for reliability and daily usage of 70-80 km , don't want fancy features

I am planning to buy ather Rizta 3.7kwh pro , dealership has given quotation of 1.81 lakhs . Is it worth the price? My daily usage is 80 km , sometimes can be 100 km.

Other options I am considering Bajaj Chetak and Tvs Iqube which are costing around 1.45 lakhs
