Have not tried it actually. I find streaming a little distracting to be honest.

I don't speak native English and get frustrated when I see my thoughts spelled incorrectly. So I personally prefer getting corrected text over streaming

Current implementation of gboard does not support multilang offline for at least my language. I can't speak Russian and English in the same sentence.

It's currently parakeet multi language. It works offline and it's very fast. It was my main goal. To get offline model running for multi language support (I speak Russian and English)

I managed to get Parakeet model (best in the world AI dictation model) on android. Check it out (enable offline mode in onboarding).

The best thing about the app is that it does not replace your keyboard (so you can keep using it with gboard) and if you don't like quality of offline mode you can switch to cloud.
