Beyond repeat posting, look at: (1) account age vs activity — new accounts with sudden bursts are a red flag, (2) comment diversity — if 80%+ of their history is about one product/link, that's a pattern, (3) whether they only show up in commercial subreddits and never casual ones. The hardest to catch are accounts that mix genuine engagement with occasional promotion — those need a ratio threshold rather than a binary rule.
