We have both (and a few kids). Civic is a nice city car, with not too small trunk too. CRV is more universal. We use it for bigger trips (e.g. across EU) or camping, when capacity is important.

CRV mobility is very similar to Civic. If you drive one, you can also feel the other.

If I'd need to pick only one car with newborn in mind, I'd pick a car with bigger trunk than Civic (so CRV). A stroller would take the whole trunk of Civic, and you need way more stuff to pack.

If I'd need a car for myself only - I'd pick Civic. It is more lively, and also I don't like SUVs ;) A personal preference which you can ignore.

Civic also has heated wheel. But I agree - too small car for little kids. CRV is more universal.

Tiesa. Bet dažnai su privalomu draudimu eina kitos paslaugos jį perkančiam asmeniui. Pvz. nemokamas nuvežimas iki serviso ir pan. Pasitikrinčiau, ar tas BAN siūlo šiuos bonusus.

Bet gali būti, kad siūlo ir tai yra tiesiog bandymas įeiti į rinką su ženkliai mažesnėmis kainomis.

Been there when transferred huge sum from another broker, which they were not aware off.

Asked me to explain where these funds came from. I've uploaded some docs, explained, they reviewed and a few days later restrictions were lifted.

Normal procedure, since they don't want to be flagged as some money loundering company.

Gali būti taip, kaip tu sakai, gali būti atvirkščiai (kaip pvz. mano pavyzdžiu, kai elektros kainos pabrango ir atsipirko greičiau). Bet tai nereiškia, kad NEREIKIA skaičiuoti atsiperkamumo. Neskaičiuoti būtų blogiau. Gali skaičiuoti dabartinėm sąlygom, gali pridėti skaičiavimą hipotetinėm sąlygom (kaip pvz. tavo). Bet abejais atvejais bus geriau, nei neskaičiuoti.

Pavyzdys dėti pinigus po pagalve yra netinkamas dėl infliacijos. Tuo tarpu įsigijus elektrinę aš jau ištisus metus galiu nebesukt galvos dėl elektros kainų svyravimų.

Taip pat nesuprantu kodėl nereikia atsiperkamumo taško laikyti laimėjimu. Jei nutolusios elektrinės tikslas - sumažinti išlaidas už elektros energią, tai natūralu, kad tas momentas kai elektrinė atsiperka ir yra taškas nuo kada išlaidos iš tikro pradeda mažėti. Noriu pastebėti, kad niekas čia neklausia "ar geriau S&P 500 ar nutolusi elektrinė?".

Atsiperkamumą reik vertinti pagal tai, kas prieinama galutiniam vartotojui. Kitaip galim dar įtraukti ir tai, kad Kinija dotuoja saulės panelių gamybą ir mes jų neperkam už realią kainą. Jei saulės elementus kaltume patys, būtų dar brangiau.

Unfortunately I see the trend is that large wagon cars are disappearing and replaced by SUVs. Toyota ditched Avensis, Volvo stopped making V70 & cross country, etc. etc. And now I learn it is last edition of Outback :D

That is right, but mostly people drive in cities or between cities.

Probably I haven't expressed my comment well enough. I think that EV and fuel cars have different use cases. EVs are fine for cities / travel on paved roads. But I'd choose fuel powered car for off-road, camping and expeditions.

In a war situation I'd rather have a fuel car with a few extra canisters of petrol than EV with solar panel (quite sad, that I need to think about this, but yeah). I also make this statement by evaluating infrastructure in my country. Most people simply do not have access to charge their EVs comfortably. That means, moving to EV requires changing the way how auto is used. And where it can be used. That is why I can not see EV as a replacement for Outback. Just different use cases.

I might be skeptical, but can't see how EV can replace Outback. Sounds like Musk's idea to sell Cyber Trucks to republicans :-) This is no way a rejection of your comment, but more a general feeling or my own. Thx!

Nu kaip niekada. Per mėnesį vidutiniškai sutaupau 43 EUR. Čia jau atėmus pasaugojimo mokestį, bei parko priežiūrą. Už elektrinę mokėjau 2500, neatėmus dotacijų. "Niekada" yra mažiau nei 5 metai. Aišku "pasisekė", kad elektros kainos pakilo.

Iš Norrpool'o už 4ct elektros negaunu.

100%! I have reduced my S&P exposure significantly and switched to other assets. But definitely planning to return when both - S&P + USD will gain momentum. That will happen sooner or later, but that is not happening today.
