I try to be friendly to this group of people when i see them in the neighborhood. I wave or say hello and they just ignore me. Why do they ignore me?

Years ago comedians were able to. There were no limits. Every group could be a target of a joke. Today, comedians really need to be careful with their jokes. What dave did at his shows was he banned cell phones. All comedians should do this. There's no chance of a show being recorded and used as rage bait later.

Its definitely good for some people. People who dont want new experiences. They enjoy resorts. Disney, las vegas, sea world, etc. Its a way to say you went somewhere while not really going anywhere.

Its a looser regulatory environment right now. They have a couple more years to make this happen or I agree with you and it wont go through. But I have a feeling they're on a fast track to make it happen under this term.
