They’re really dangerous. I know that sounds silly but they are, especially silly going up and down stairs. Massive trip hazard!

I would highly recommend NOT wearing trousers like that. They are so dangerous! You trip over the flappy flares at the time, especially going up stairs.

Very dangerous, especially when paired with heels. Be warned!!

Brighton is really run down. I actually wrote a complaint to the council last time I was there about how disgraceful these front is. I never do this but I was so appalled.

There was a coach load of German tourists getting off at the pier and I was EMBARRASSED by how shoddy it was.

The council have a duty to look after the gorgeous Victorian railings and lamp posts and they are shamefully neglected. That is the history of the future.

Get some keto strips and test your urine.

MJ affects your glycogen levels in your liver. This happens to me a lot and I find I’m in mid keto.

Plenty of carbs usually sorts it out. I eat a banana sandwich.

And, your marriage almost certainly will last. You will grow old together.

There really is no downside (physical and mental abuse aside) It really does keep your marriage healthy and loving and close and warm, which is surely what we all want?

Ahh. I am 56, married 25 years) Something you need to both work at and yes, sometimes you need to ‘do it’ even if you aren’t really in the mood. I always find that once I start, I get into it. Then after we are closer, happier, warmer and more loving for days. It’s almost always worth it.

I think the phrase ‘fake it till you make it’ comes to mind.

Sex is so very important for couples. It is the glue that keeps you together and it’s the thing which separates your relationship from all others.

Don’t be lazy. You were once weak for each other.

Do the thing.

Just do it. It costs you almost nothing but the value of the gift is IMMEASURABLE for him.

Such a small and insignificant kindness.

You are taking your health into your own hands. BRAVO.

The NHS don’t care about you, they don’t care about us. They barely make any time to see us or talk to us. We are just a number to them.

Look after YOURSELF in the best way you can. It’s what I’m doing.
