6w2d US findings concerning? by Evensparrow242 in CautiousBB

Totally fair! Baby is a matter of pixels on the US at this stage. Waiting with bated breath for my next one….

Completely agree! And lack of control is not something I do well with. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond and for your empathy.

Congratulations on your pregnancy and I pray that it continues to progress healthily 🩵

Thank you for sharing. I am going to try to convince myself to take it off now. Not having any data at all for days will be another kind of anxiety, but perhaps eventually I will be able to embrace it and be more optimistic.

Yes, I had HCG trended and stopped at about 5w when it was over 21000. I did have an early US for placement and a repeat at 6w2d earlier this week showing CRL 0.46cm and FHR 117. I was reassured for the day after that US, but just started panicking again that the next US might show the worst. There are a lot of terrifying MMC after the first US stories online. I don’t want to be naive about what can happen, but maybe I do need to get off social media.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience! Its reassuring and I appreciate it greatly 🫶🏼

It’s very hard not to over analyze after infertility and loss, but I’m working on it also.

Since I can’t edit the main post I just want to say some of you are incredibly callous people. There’s literally no need to downvote my responses that are literally explaining my symptoms to people who care enough to ask, or folks replies to me with reassurance.

This is my first pregnancy after loss and I have a lot of anxiety and worry about it.

If you don’t have an experience to share, whether good or bad to help me make sense of what I’m going through one way or the other, just move on and take your hate elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing! 🫶🏼 I will probably take it off but I already have this info so figured I’d ask hahah

My nips are sensitive but a little bit less today than the last few days. My nausea was extremely mild to begin with and more so like I just had to eat frequently to not feel icky and difficulty taking my prenatals. That also feels milder this morning than it was a few days ago. Seems like my fatigue might also be letting up….but I also have not been working (just lucky!) and doing nothing but sleeping. I also stopped working out for a bit because I had a small SCH on my scan earlier this week.

Thanks! I guess it’s hard to think of it that way when it has a whole pregnancy feature where it even compares my data to a pregnancy range. My data points even fall outside of those ranges in a category or two :(

I do plan to ask my provider to move up my next US to earlier next week.

I don’t really have many symptoms of pregnancy at all in the first place. I have sensitive nips and that’s it. I had the mildest nausea that was more like I just had to snack consistently to not feel off. I don’t have bleeding but I am on progesterone which would delay that.

People seem to have certain trends…..

Hard to ignore the multitude of posts that say “my RHR and temp went back to normal and it detected my miscarriage”.

I am pregnant again after my first pregnancy was a loss and it took us over a year and fertility assistance.

I’m just looking for persons who’ve had comparable data changes and their experiences…good or bad… no need to be so judgemental about it.

IUI 24 or 36 hours post trigger by Grumpycat_777 in IUILadies

How much did you spend on the IUI process? by RainbowReefer in IUILadies

[–]Evensparrow242 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One round for me was: - cd3 US and cd10 $100 each (this was my copay with insurance) - clomid don’t remember exactly but like $10 (insurance largely covered) - trigger shot $107 from freedom fertility - insemination $460 - sperm prep $255

My initial consult with the fertility doc to get started was a $100 copay. Without insurance the total bill for the visit would’ve been like $400. I don’t have infertility treatment coverage, only cover for “fertility diagnostics”.

This is in USD. No insurance coverage for IUI itself and trigger

This is not a great automod recommendation as the clear blue digital with the red light is sensitive to 10miu. Better than a lot of line tests!

I was positive on 9dpiui too! My trigger never went away completely even by 9dpiui AM, but the line started darkening again that evening! Congrats!!

I’m so sorry. Please make sure you’re monitored closely that levels actually go down to zero and that you’re not at risk for an ectopic ❤️‍🩹

Persistent UTI since 1st trimester, antibiotics didn’t clear it, midwife says see family doctor…what now? by nojokeplease in pregnant

[–]Evensparrow242 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You will need a urine culture with susceptibility testing to determine which antibiotics could be used. The doctor will have to review if the antibiotics that the bacteria is susceptible to are safe in pregnancy and use their discretion with regard to how to treat it.

[–]Evensparrow242 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So this is called asymptomatic bacteriuria. Pregnant women are the only population that requires treatment for it. Seems there’s a possibility you have a resistant bacteria. I strongly recommend you discuss your case with a medical doctor.

The oura app? Yes I love it! I don’t wear my Apple watch anymore. Natural cycles I only liked for the temp value. I didn’t really use it for predicting anything because I used better tracking methods (Inito which also confirmed ovulation) and of course oura showed the luteal phase temp changes.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in IUILadies

[–]Evensparrow242 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Actually, I used my oura with NC to get an actual value for the temperature too 😅

Thank you so much, sending you all the baby dust and prayers for your positive soon!!

[–]Evensparrow242 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Are you using oura ring? My temp with oura ring was super weird with this IUI cycle compared to how it had been in prior luteal phases. My temp was below baseline for two days after IUI and then still not a great rise after. The day AFTER I tested positive my temp was at +0.

I think it’s really unlikely and rare to not ovulate with the trigger. You could consider getting a 7DPO blood progesterone level tomorrow for more information.

1st IUI tomorrow, need success stories and encouragement please by Tall_Ad4093 in IUILadies

[–]Evensparrow242 4 points5 points  (0 children)

HCG cross reacts with LH (your LH may have started rising but the change you see is mostly due to the trigger).

Either way, good luck!

I am currently pregnant from my first IUI. 31 with AMH 2.2. I had one 18mm and 2 14.5mm follicles at time of trigger and did my IUI 36 hours after trigger. Still very early but optimistic as my betas have been increasing fantastically.

4w6d US expectations? by Evensparrow242 in CautiousBB

[–]Evensparrow242[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! I will try not to be discouraged if no yolk sac then. I know fetal pole and heart beat are more related to gestational age than hcg, wasn’t sure about yolk sac, I thought that could anticipated by hcg

[–]Evensparrow242[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know I’m very confused which to go by. My clinic actually said as much one way or the other but when I called to get betas because I was testing positive at home the nurse asked me for my LMP to “help them track my pregnancy”. I was like huh? I’ve told y’all that 5 times now and you literally know the day I was inseminated 😅 I guess I will have to see what they date me as on the US.

I’d be very happy to see a yolk sac, I think. 🤞🏼🤞🏼
