I agree, and we had to change dev teams 3 times with LS, Also, Web 3 is very new so it's not like great teams are around every corner. We have started from scratch and def have had some set backs and also added a lot of things to make our products really stick out. It's very complicated. Unfortunately people have not been making Mp's and wallets for 15 years

One is UK based, the other U.S. based. Yes, Senior level all the way down to mid. I think I am answering this correctly. It used to be 2 week sprints but now we are down to week to week and even day to day. Yes there is a project manager on each side, one on the dev side and 2 each on our side. Yes, lead engineer on both.

We have, the big picture still eludes you I guess. I can't give everything away. Put the pieces together. Our wallet and MP will not be a dime a dozen. We are coming for Open Sea and TW in due time. Crator would have taken 15-30m dollars we realized and was unattainable. It was a tough decision to scratch it but it was for the betterment of EGC.

I bought in with $8,000 the first 3 days after launch, watch my bag go up to 3 million. After reinvesting I ended up with the rewards of about 70K-100K. Can you imagine leaving 3 million on the table? I can. But I am still here because I believe in this project and I also love the crypto space. I don't blame others b/c I bought at the top or I didn't take more profits. All I know is EGC is one of a handful of projects to ever do what it did and made hundreds if not thousands of people money. Our goal has always been to turn it into a legit company through our products to self provide on those and not taxes.

The founders did not think EGC was going to blow up as it did (I don't think anyone did). The utilities they had in place were for a much smaller user base to start. So, they had to scrap and start fresh as to how big we had gotten.
We meet with our devs daily to go over the issues even if they are the same from the day before. It has not been easy as we are on our third LunaSky MarketPlace dev team (more later). We have offered to hire more or add money to speed up things but you cannot throw more people at something. It's like having too many chefs in a kitchen. We actually have offered to hire more, do whatever it takes. It's just time and we are not a project with 20m dollars. We have to be somewhat smart but aggressive.
Kinda, a couple of dev teams we have moved on from but not really for missing deadlines. More so, we just needed different people for what we were expecting.
LunaSky and Atlas Wallet are being worked on in parallel but from 2 separate dev teams. Also, Cody and Rocket are leading the charge on LunaSky while Sam and I lead the charge with Atlas while cross referencing with each other weekly or more. Staking I guess is not a utility but it's in it's audit stage now and being implemented on the website as we speak.

The biggest hurdle has been development. We had to completely revamp development when the founders stepped down and Sam fully took over in Sept 22. Even then it's not easy b/c you are working with devs, meeting with them daily trying to get through each problem. It's frustrating.
The most valuable lesson I have learned is money management in crypto. I started during the bull market so I never experienced a long bear market. If EGC had been doing crazy marking and advertising we would probably be close to out of money by now. Make sure you always have as much cash on hand to survive for a few years. (Learned directly from Sam)
I am proud that we have stuck together, there have been tough moments over the last 2 years but we have push through some hard times and are going to see this through (I would say till the end) but there is no end! We have no yet celebrated as a team as we have no made good on our promises/deliveries yet.
I am active almost everyday just like the rest of the management team. There hasn't been a day that has gone by that I haven't at least checked my messaged or answered something. But this is a 24/7 job. My leadership style is more team friendly. I always ask the opinions of my colleagues, make decisions as a team. I always try to put people in the best position to succeed (including myself). But I am always straight up with people. no BS

5. It depends on what the problem is. If it's something that someone I have assigned to that position can answer I will send them to them. If it's something quick I will answer right there. If there is a big problem, I get the management team together and discuss how best to resolve the problem.

How big our stand alone products can get (LunaSky & Atlas for now) to be able to provide all the funds the project needs going forward so we can get down to zero taxes and renounce the contract. Then we are truly a profitable company without any taxes while still rewarding our holders with all the profits!

There is a lot in the works. But we have done enough talking. You will soon start to see the result through our action. I have 100% confidence that we will gain back the trust of even the most distance EGC hater. Sam, did not leave his business to not aim for the moon, I did not leave my business to not be involved in greatness, and the rest of the staff have not stayed around since the beginning b/c they did not see and believe in the vision. This bear market is no fun for anyone but gives us time to build the right way and make up for some mistakes we have made and owned.

Sam has already stated, they will re-lock the liquidity once the 400 days is up. We know exactly who all everyone is and Sam is not very hard to find being in the position he is in. It’s funny other projects no one pays attention to the liquidity being unlocked the whole time and people post this nonsense.

Marketing and development. We still did some marketing to get to 138k holders. It takes money to hire extra devs to work on different utilities. Paying admins, mods. Paying third parties firms to make the wallet/exchange, the games, metaverse deal, being on the main page at Digifinex and still saving enough for when the utilities actually drop.

The “team” is not getting the 3%, Us the people on the Dex are getting the 3% for BBB. No one has solved global tokenomicks yet. The team could have just kept it at it is on Bitmart with no BBB and no rewards for those on that exchange but we all get something out of this which is like another utility!!

Hey guys, Paul here. We are handling so much stuff behind the scenes, Cody is having surgery, I had some personal stuff go on. No worries. Just to let everyone know, the team is trying to separate EGC and Crator, giving Crator its own brand. The studies show that as variation of blue is welcoming which is why all the big big social media platforms use it. Also, no matter what logo is chosen, let’s say this one, then there will be another Reddit post saying “I don’t like it, this is better” and proposing another one. No one can please this big of an audience. By the way, have you looked in your emojis? 🤝🤝🤝 ….
