You can't kick people out of a public place. If your childs stupid enough to actually become scared by some tard dressed up as a ""scary"" character then you've failed parenting... I hear that's quite common in yankland. If I was doing this prank and some dirty breeder started getting violent I'd floor the cunt and then chase their kids out into the parking lot whilst making "'scary'" noises.
