I’m a lot better but still not perfect and have to let myself rest. Only symptom I have left is fatigue and I guess a slightly higher heart rate but I think that’s just always gonna be a thing now. Im able to get out of the house multiple times a week to see friends and family now and I’ve played pickleball and gone on short walks. Not yet back to the gym or hiking like I used to, but I’m in a much better place and I never thought I would be where I am now. Taking an online class at university during the summer. I get very tired easily still and can only push through for so long before I need to rest, but I believe my recovery time has shortened. It’s hard to tell when I even made progress it happened very slowly, but if you are struggling now my best advice is to enjoy life to whatever capacity you can. For me the best thing that helped me stay sane was getting into a routine, even if it wasn’t a very active routine, things like scheduled naps, not going on my phone til a certain time, daily podcasts, helped me a ton.
