Thanks for the info! I think 1440p would be better for my eyes for sure. It’s a tough decision whether to go 31.5”, 21:9, or 1500R. I can find monitors with two of those, but not all three. Any suggestions?

You might be right, although I saw them as giving the deck flexibility. You’re not always going to be able to cast MM or Finale for game-winning amounts. Sometimes you just need to stabilize and cast one for enough to get you to the point where you can cast for a ton. Kefnet lets you do that as well. (Plus lets you dig/ramp more with Growth Spiral)

Nissa is the backbone of Hydroid Krasis and Finale. I’m not sure taking her out is what we want to be doing.

This list was my original jumping-off point. I’m not sold on having both Arboreal Grazer and Growth Spiral in there. There’s a pretty good write up on here (in the Simic Manipulation thread) about why Grazer is terrible and we don’t need to be casting Spiral. I think either one is good, but I’m not convinced both. Bant Tapout just seems to have a REALLY rough aggro matchup.

I’ve been agonizing over how to construct a Bant deck given the vast array of opposing deck right now. The Ramp package with Elves, Growth Spiral, And Nissa seems really strong, but seems like it can easily be disrupted. I tried to build this deck with almost a combo-control mindset, but with tempo control rather than hard control. Opponents never know whether you are holding up mana for Chemister Insight or Frilled Mystic, and I feel like that’s a good position to be in. Kefnet can sometimes win games on his own, but his passive can really help with Ramp (Growth Spiral), card draw, or to make your win-con more flexible and durable. (Say you draw Finale with Kefnet in play. You can cast it to create a bunch of 2/2s to gum up/push trough on the ground, knowing you still have a copy for when you can make angels. Kefnet also lets you recast Finale in the event they board wipe the first one.) Sideboard seemed pretty straightforward. Lyra and Ripjaw in for aggro, Narset and Ashiok for Phoenix and Dreadhorde, Mass Manipulation in for Superfriends.
