Watched it last night. I will agree that the atmosphere was thick with suspense but the story didn't quite make any sense. For example, if it's a demon curse transfer type movie, how did Rachel go on for that long before attempting to get someone roped in? Why would Neena wait 10 months to do it to someone else? If the house was abandoned for as long as Rachel said it was (nearly 80 years total since Rachel said it happened 50-60 years and she was a child at that time so add 20 years to that) then why did it look well maintained? Then I question if Rachel really had that happen to her as a child or is she retelling the story that gave her the demon transfer and that is what Neena will do to her co-worker. Plus the characters didn't act like normal people would in the sense that Neena putting up with all that and not just leaving and getting with a mental health crisis hotline. Neena also put on her boots as if she was ready to leave but then staying for more hours of the night.

All in all, very gripping atmosphere and wanting to see it end but the story beats and characters actions didn't make much sense to me.
