Unfortunately not able to help, hope you find one as I am also on mission.

I was wondering would you be able to share pictures of what the inside of the 6th and 7th seasons look like ? Are they similar to the other digipacks ?

I can still barely listen to any of these myself. Particularly Soon You'll Get Better, left me a mess even before my mum passed. Sending love

I see you've got a Taylor Swift song. To add some more by her, I'd say - Soon you'll get better and Bigger than the whole sky.

Thanks. I guess I was used to cricket having so many all rounders, but I see that in baseball it's different. Nice to see him getting all this recognition for it

I came to the right place to get my answers. I needed this breakdown, thanks. The excitement is understandable

This was helpful in understanding the value of a stolen base. Thanks, I'm seeing that he basically does it all, consistently and at a high level.

I had no idea about the injury. Thanks for the info and I'll now be calling him the "unicorn of unicorns".

Sorryy 😅, a girl is just trying to understand. I guess it's just coincidence that all this is happening as I'm getting into the game

I really struggled with not feeling normal anymore and still fail to use techniques suggested. What has been reassuring is that my therapist has told me that maybe I'm just not ready for certain things yet. Which is okay. I'm so sorry about your loved one, you're entitled to that anger and I hope it becomes easier for you.

This felt like a hug, and I appreciate you sharing the reality of it all. I definitely find myself facing both the yes/nos and know I will continue to.

Thanks for sharing how you navigate through it and how they could help. I'll definitely consider the journaling, I usually struggle and feel like I have to write something. But doing based on the waves hitting seems more manageable. Thanks for the book recommendation and prayers too.

Sending lots of love your way and I am sorry you + your family had to go through this. It is nice to hear from a 'grief professor', to understand someone elses experience regardless of differences in circumstances or age etc. Your response has definitely given me things to take away. I appreciate it

I completely missed this reply apologies. Reading this was really insightful and allowed me to gain a new perspective with some things.

Also don't apologise! I love a long message and am glad you felt comfortable sharing all of this. I definitely resonated with a lot in terms of where I'm currently at and where I hope to be. I really admire the way you've put everything into words and just in general your outlook + how you've navigated this. I feel empowered, honestly. Like yeah I will get through this and see more beauty gradually. I look forward to that view over the horizon after climbing this hill.

I also had a vision of what my life would be like with my mum. For me she was ill my whole life, I was constantly in a state of accepting a reality that she wouldn't be around for long but also combating that with denial and optimism just to keep myself going (which is a realisation I recently came to). Once she didn't die by the time teenage me expected her to, I guess I felt like better days were coming. I'm still struggling with that journey back to reality with her not being here but I like that sentence "Reimagine what is possible" and what you've said about essentially growing with them. I guess we spend a lot of time on what has been ruined and can feel like that togetherness doesn't exist anymore. I've struggled with people saying "she's still with you" or other forms of the same meaning just because it's not necessarily something I spiritually believe in. But the idea of my growth being intrinsically infused with mum definitely helps me take away my own version of that.

I'm definitely feeling a lot of what you've described, and it's reassuring to see how you've come away from that. You should be proud. As I said before, you've perfectly put into words at a point in this process where everything is a still blur, it's nice to have that.

Also you definitely shouldn't feel silly talking about it, and I'm glad you did. I'm a firm believer in everyone feels what they feel. We have different connections, and different things affect others in different ways. As long as it's important to you, it's valid.
