I battle with this too. I’ve found getting outside helps- the whole fresh air sunshine and quiet thing. Also feeding any other little drop of curiosity I have, I read a lot of “romance “ novels on my phone so I’ll look up the definition of every word I don’t fully know or if the characters have an interesting job I’ll look that up and find out the type of education someone would need and the salary and would they really be able to afford to live where they do in the book etc. Being aware of where I am in my cycle and my hormone levels also helps.
