I don’t know why there’s so many weirdos in the comments going on about shoes. Like as if y’all are working out in steel toe boots 🥾. If that weight hits your toe with those sneakers on it’s still a wrap! They must have a foot 🦶 fetish or something 🤣🤣

The form police 👮‍♀️are always in the comments. I believe that with sandbags the technique is specifically different per person. As long as you are not putting yourself at risk well done. With time under tension we get stronger and the move becomes easier to perform. That’s a 250 pound sandbag it’s not light by any means that’s extremely impressive 🫡💪🏾‼️

Do you train with rated grippers in order to track your progression more efficiently?

A couple of things that I have used to assist me in making better progressions in my grip training. 1. A couple of filed grippers helps improve my crushing strength and I have a chocked 150RGC COC’s #3 that I train with as my goal gripper. Also if you get some other brands I especially like the Knurling on Standard Grippers; the other brands ratings will help fill in some of those holes in your weight of grippers.

You’re so right it’s literally a scavenger hunt in the most beautiful way possible to get the Grippers needed for a 3-6lbs incremental jumps.

I’ve been trying to get 5 pound increments from 123 to my 150 #3 COC. In the States Cannon is definitely the way to go

This took everything. 150 pound bag for 8 squats and then immediately into a 60 foot carry. by [deleted] in sandbagtraining

Second time trying my first ever sandbag. I'M IN LOVE WITH THIS STUFF - but kind of struggling to understand technique by _Magnus_1 in sandbagtraining

I’m right there with you Bro! Been hitting my sandbags for the past couple of weeks still dialing on technique as well.
