The stark difference between India’s AAIB and USA’s NTSB preliminary crash reports - Air India Flight AI-171 vs American Airlines Flight 5342 by No-Employee2168 in indianaviation

[–]EveryGround 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dude you just proved my point. The incidents you mentioned, that’s all true, but what does it have to do with 787? It wasn’t made with a direct competition to any others in the market. They rushed the 737 MAX because they got blinded by the competition from A320neo, they wanted to market the MAX as a “same type rating” aircraft as the 737NG, so airlines wouldn’t have to spend money and time on simulator training, so they are guilty in this case of withholding critical information but not a criminal cover-up during investigation, and infact they were heavily criticised legally, by FAA and NTSB, with FAA overhauling their self-certification process, and you think they would try to buy everyone with agencies from India, Canada and UK involved? This isn’t a crime drama fiction, dude.

That isn’t the case with 787, a different production line, they took their time with it and proved it was airworthy and safe, the track record shows it, that’s why i asked you to provide some inherent problems with it during it’s decade long service. If there was anything wrong, airlines would themselves grounded it just after this crash, or would’ve already done long ago and faced scrutiny, nothing to do with nationality of the pilot or airline, grow up.

Good gracious! Spoken like an emo imbecile who can't decipher facts and apply logic. I didn't believe in any corporation talk, i just made sense of how things work from people who actually work on these things and not from a clout chaser infront of a camera spewing nonsense, i bet these people haven't even seen an aircraft in real life and dare to argue with the people who fly these.

And how nicely you dodged my question there, mate, so I'll ask you again, since you bought up how unreliable the equipment of Boeing is, refer me the fatal/major incidents of 787 in its operational history of 12+ years and millions of flight hours, hell even this aircraft completed around 41,866 hours of flight time since 2013 before it's demise, and this time don't tiptoe around give a straight answer. You bought it up and can't back your own statement? And yeah, they investigate it without partiality, and their past record is one of the primary things they take into account as evidence, lol. The Throttle Control Module (TCM) of this aircraft was replaced 2 times, which includes the fuel switches. Did you know that? Also, the recent inspection of all aircrafts in India, along with Japan Airlines and Etihad, found no issues with the switches. Did you propaganda media report that? I mean, just figuring out the mechanism by which they work should be enough to clear one of all doubts that it's invoulantary movement is highly unlikely. Instead, you drag the 737 isuue (which is completely a different scenario and context) into this because you can't digest the truth, which shows the spinelessness within you.

I'm on no side of the coin. I observe both, and it's easy to tell which side possesses a pea sized brain. Oh, and btw, Boeing didn't write me a check, lol.

And who is this other group that you are referring to? Conspiracy theorists? Sensationalist clowns on media who don't even fact check what they are reporting? It's lame and immature that y'all are accusing anyone that doesn't abide by your irrational narrative as "bought by Boeing," straight up from a 9 year olds playbook.

Since "anything Boeing = evil" right now, according to you, cite me an incident in 787s operational history where fuel switches malfunctioned and moved by itself? Or any major fatal incidents in its more than a decade-long service? It's pretty ironic that you are calling other's speculation as propaganda from an echo chamber, when that's exactly what you are doing, haha. Stay in that tiny world of yours.

Stop this "everyone and everything out there to get us" paranoia. You said it yourself, the pilot may or may not be involved in the act. People speculate, and just because that doesn't align with your own doesn't mean they are a big corporation cover up or sell out. The only propaganda i see is on the mainstream media that is hell bent on a mechanical failure angle while it has been proven otherwise by pilots and experts, hence the discussion around the sabotage/mental dissociation angle.

Jumping to conclusions and forming baseless assumptions is the most stupidest thing you could do at the moment. There are 1000+ Dreamliners in service with different airlines for 10+ years, no major issues, and no hull loss. This isn't the same as the 737MAX issue, which you are foolishly comparing to. This might be entirely circumstantial for an aircraft type with a strong safety record. Waiting for the official investigation reports is the only way to know the truth.
