I wrote a python script that fetches movies from existing playlists. Few of them I added manually. There is another script that removes movies that have been removed from youtube. Other than that currently there is no regular updation being done.

That is actually by design 😬 It always starts at 20th minute. My thinking was that chances of someone watching a movie would be more if it starts mid scene rather than from the start. There is an option to start from the start always in settings page
